Ice is a cool, pale gray-white. Large-format color-body porcelain with the soft, cloudy look of microcement. Few grout lines, a seamless modern floor, and the same color through the body of the tile.

Add 10% extra for cuts and breakage (15% for diagonal or herringbone layouts). A small amount of chipped or broken tile in freight delivery is normal for tile (the industry standard is about 2–4% of an order) and is covered by that 10% overage. Keep a few spare tiles for future repairs.

Delivery: same terms as our flooring – palletized freight, curbside delivery, free shipping on flooring orders of $5,000 or more and reduced freight rates on smaller orders. Inspect the pallet and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. See Shipping & Delivery.

A few chipped or broken tiles in a freight delivery are normal for tile (industry standard about 2-4% of an order) and are covered by the 10% overage. Note any visible pallet damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

Installation

Large and long tiles need a flat floor, a leveling system and full mortar coverage. Offset planks no more than 1/3 of their length. We can quote setting materials and installation.
