This Privacy Policy explains how Cabinet Sales Center ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit cabinetsalescenter.com (the "Site"), contact us, request a quote or buy from us online, by phone or at our West Palm Beach showroom.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details: name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, ZIP code.
  • Project details: room measurements, drawings, photos, design files and notes you send for a quote, design or sample order.
  • Order information: products ordered, delivery instructions, delivery receipts, return and damage claims (including photos), and your acceptance of our Shipping and Return policies at checkout.
  • Payment information: card and payment details are entered on Shopify's secure checkout and processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Messages: emails, chat conversations, text messages, calls and reviews you send us.
  • Trade (Pro) accounts: company name, business license or tax details and project volume, if you apply for our trade program.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Site we and our service providers collect device and usage information through cookies, pixels and similar technologies: IP address, browser and device type, approximate location, pages viewed, products added to cart, the site or ad that referred you, and how you interact with the Site.

How we use your information

  • To prepare quotes and designs, process and deliver orders, arrange freight and handle returns, damage claims and warranty questions.
  • To communicate with you about your project and order, including order confirmations, delivery scheduling and support.
  • To prevent fraud, verify payments and resolve payment disputes (for example by sharing your order record, delivery receipt and policy acceptance with your card issuer).
  • To improve the Site, our product range and our service.
  • With your consent where required, to send marketing emails, texts or push notifications. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link or instructions in the message.
  • To show you relevant advertising and measure how our ads perform (see "Cookies and advertising" below).
  • To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that run our store: Shopify (our e-commerce platform and checkout), payment processors, and apps we use for live chat, reviews, forms and notifications.
  • Financing partners: if you choose Shop Pay Installments or Affirm, your information is shared with Affirm and its lending partners to check eligibility and manage your plan, under their own privacy policies.
  • Suppliers, warehouses and freight carriers: name, phone and delivery address so your order can be produced, shipped and delivered.
  • Installers, fabricators and designers you ask us to coordinate with.
  • Advertising and analytics partners such as Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), as described below.
  • Authorities and advisers when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business.

Cookies and advertising

We use cookies and pixels from Shopify, Google (Analytics, Ads and Merchant Center) and Meta to understand how the Site is used, remember your cart and show our ads to people who visited the Site. Under some U.S. state laws this may be considered "sharing" personal information for targeted advertising. You can:

  • Manage your cookie choices in the cookie banner on the Site, or block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
  • Turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser; we treat it as a request to opt out of targeted advertising where required by law.
  • Adjust ad settings directly with Google and Meta, or use the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of targeted advertising or of the sale or sharing of personal information. We will verify your request using the contact details on your order or account and respond within the time the law requires. You may use an authorized agent, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response.

Text messages and calls

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your quote, order and delivery. We send marketing texts only with your consent. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time. Message and data rates may apply.

Data retention and security

We keep order, delivery and payment records for as long as needed for warranty, returns, disputes, tax and legal purposes, and quote and project files for as long as needed to serve you. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and payments are processed on Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The Site is meant for adults planning home projects. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

International visitors

We are based in the United States and your information is stored and processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
