Framed cabinets have a solid-wood face frame on the front of the box, the classic American look (Ultimate Shaker, Platinum Shaker, Coastal Shaker, Reserve Inset, Slim Shaker, Traditional, Builder Shaker). Frameless (European) cabinets have no face frame, so doors cover the whole box and you get slightly more interior space and a clean modern look (Modern, Modern Gola, Shaker Frameless, Slim Shaker Frameless, Ultimate Euro, Coastal Euro). Our framed lines have plywood boxes with solid-wood face frames and doors, dovetail wood drawers and soft-close full-extension glides. Our frameless lines have plywood or furniture-board boxes with laminate, acrylic, lacquer or painted doors and soft-close metal drawer systems. Box material, door, drawer and hinge specifications differ by line, so check the style guide of the line you like for exact details, or ask us.

Insides are finished on all lines. Framed lines have exterior sides finished in the door color; you can add decorative panels if you want. Frameless boxes are usually white or a neutral color, so exposed sides need matching panels. Our team will add the right panels and fillers to your quote.

No. Handles and knobs are not included with the cabinets (except handleless Gola and J-pull styles). Ask us about handles.

Most framed glass-door cabinets include glass. Some styles come prepared for glass without it; the product page says which.

Yes. Order sample doors or color samples for any line; the door price is credited back on your kitchen or closet order placed within 30 days. In Florida you can also visit our West Palm Beach showroom by appointment.

Cabinet widths come in 3" steps (for example 27", 30", 33"). Standard wall cabinets are 30", 36" or 42" high, with 12"-24" high cabinets above the fridge, sink or range. Small gaps are closed with 3" or 6" fillers cut to size at installation. Frameless lines also need 3/4" for each finished side panel. Start with How to Measure.

Yes. Send your measurements, a sketch or your contractor's plan through our free quote form and our design team prepares the layout and item list. We also offer a 3D design service.

Base cabinets need toe kick; most layouts also need fillers, panels and molding (crown and light rail for framed lines, under-panels for some frameless lines). We add these to your quote so the kitchen arrives complete.

Most lines ship ready to assemble, flat-packed with all hardware. Pre-assembly and custom cabinetry options are available for select lines; ask our team.

Our cabinets compare to the "designer" or "semi-custom" lines of big-box stores, and our online prices are typically 30-40% lower. If you have a lower quote for a comparable product, send it to us and we will compare like for like.

Stock-color RTA cabinets are typically delivered in 10-20 business days (2-4 weeks); special-order colors and custom cabinetry take longer, up to 6-12 weeks. See Shipping & Delivery for each line. Expedited processing and 2-part shipping are available.

Yes: free shipping on cabinets from $2,500, and on closets, closet doors, flooring and outdoor kitchens from $5,000, with half-price shipping on smaller orders. See Shipping & Delivery for the full rules.

Orders ship by freight truck to the curb or driveway. Count the boxes and write any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign. See receiving your order.

For some lines, yes: paid orders can be picked up by appointment at select warehouses. Ask our team when you order.

Some products can ship to Canada, the Caribbean and other countries through a U.S. receiving address. See international orders.

Unused, unassembled items in their original packaging can be returned with our written authorization if you ask within 10 days of delivery. A 25% restocking fee and shipping costs apply. Assembled, special-order, custom and final-sale items cannot be returned. Read the full Return Policy.

Note visible damage on the delivery receipt and report it within 3 days; report concealed damage or missing items within 7 days, with photos. We send replacement parts as fast as possible.
